Tennis Elbow (Lateral Epicondylitis)

The most common condition affecting the elbow!

Lateral elbow pain following activity without direct trauma to the elbow. Tennis elbow results from overuse injuries that cause inflammation and eventually micro-tears to the tendon. You may have trouble picking up items or weak grip strength. 

Risk factors: 
- Repetitive wrist extension and alternating supination/ pronation
- Repetitive movements for more than 2 hours a day
- Tennis, typing, gardening, video games, musical instruments, carpenters, plumbers, electricians πŸŽΎπŸŽ»πŸ’‘⌨
