2 ingredient donuts

Looking for a healthier version of a donut? Look no further!

  • 1 cup self-rising flour

  • 3/4 cup greek yogurt (plan of vanilla)

  1. Mix ingredients together

  2. Cut into 4 parts

  3. Roll each part into rope shape and pinch ends together

  4. Cook in air fryer - flipping half way though (total cooking time is usually around 8 minutes)

This recipe is virtually impossible to mess up - play with your ingredients! Try adding coco powder or cinnamon, add cheese or roll in powdered surgar when cooked.

Don’t have self-rising flour? Make your own:

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Looking for a healthy glaze?

1 cup powdered sugar or substitute

1 1/2 tablespoon milk of choice

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

I find these to be more “bagel” like in texture, so skip the sugar ingredients and eat it like a bagel, which is also very delicious!
