We are excited to announce that Allyson Lewis will now be offering Holistic Nutrition Consultation Services through our clinic.
As a holistic nutritionist, Allyson will work with you to help get to the root cause of your health related challenges. Holistic nutrition uses evidence based techniques for diet & lifestyle. There is no one size fits all approach when it comes to optimal health and wellness.
Holistic nutrition takes a food first approach to optimal health. In our sessions, we will talk about what works best for you and your lifestyle when it comes to nutrition, You will not be given any foods that you do not like, however, you will be encouraged to step out of your comfort zone a try at least one new thing per week. You can choose from a meal plan/prep guide or recipe book and you will also be provided with a full grocery list. If needed, supplement and lifestyle recommendations will be provided as well based on the information provided.
When you work with Allyson, she will evaluate your health history, emotional state, lifestyle habits and current nutritional status to help determine what areas of the body that need support.
